This soft serve ice cream maker is equipped with a 14L capacity storage tank funnel, made of food-grade stainless steel, making full use of raw materials. Due to the importance of ice cream recipes, it is strongly recommended that you follow the standard ratio of water and ice cream powder (1:2.5) instead of using milk paste.
The Aprafie commercial soft serve ice cream maker has a pre-chilling and puffing function to ensure the perfect smoothness and creamy appearance of ice cream and keep the ice cream slurry fresh. You can produce ice cream that rivals high-end ice cream parlors.
The soft serve ice cream machine is designed with an LED display, combined with easy buttons, the amount, hardness and temperature of the ice cream can be directly observed and controlled.
The ice cream machine has a one-button cleaning function. When cleaning the ice cream machine before making ice cream, just pour water into the hopper, press the cleaning button to clean automatically. Wait for a period of time and discharge the sewage from the sewage outlet.
